Cast out the demons

I have just caught myself looking at #ultramarathon websites that I was browsing last year. The stupid thing is, last year I thought it was ridiculous that someone would even contemplate doing an 85 mile endurance event let alone a 50 km.

Now I am quietly contemplating a 100 mile + race and not really feeling that worried...or should I?

  4. I am looking at that one as well. Also Ceasars Camp 100, but from your experience on the 50 Jerry, is this too tough a course for a 1st attempt. Want to maximise my chances of getting to the 100mile point, so an easyish course would be preferred. Mr Immune

  5. Definitely, I think I will have to revisit Caesar's Camp 50, if it just wasn't for that damn hamstring.....
