Boy did my kit smell of ammonia after my run tonight...I am very aware that this is indicative of fluid intake and level of activity but it also proves yet another aspect of training I need to look at.

Track running is no different from road or trail running I still need to take on fluid and there is a misconception that fluid is always available trackside but I don't want to stop regularly during my track time.

So I will carry fluids with me from now on, just enough to get me through.
