Back to back

So starts the weekend and the serious job of back to back runs to get the training really set in my legs. I am looking for a total of about 50 kms so it looks like 12 miles on Saturday and 20 miles on Sunday but that is subject to time.

Saturday's run will set me up for the day, no planned route just the fun of the run with my Garmin measuring the distance. Sunday is open to ideas as we have a few more trails to investigate.
