Fluid motion

I decided not to run at the club on Tuesday evening, afterall they were doing a speed training session and I am tapering, the two do not go together. The roads were dry tonight and I fancied a nice gentle run out for about 10 km and so after my chores I ventured out.

The sole purpose of tonight was just to go out run, enjoy it and feel good at the end...boy did I feel good but my ankle is still telling me something is wrong but I think it will calm down soon.

Slowly but surely it is all coming together, two more maintenance runs and then my big run....ooh eerrr.
