60 miles

...and only 4 days to do it.

The training plan is in full swing now and this week promises to be a real biggy if all goes well. I have a 70 mile(ish) week planned but things have got in the way called work, family stuff and now a skinned heel.

Plan is as follows:

Thursday - 15 miles
Friday - 15 miles
Sunday - 15 miles (am) and 15 miles (pm)

Tough call but I am going to do my best to get as near as damn it.
