...the pace continues


The training continues at pace and the miles tick off, one after the other, after the other. I felt quite tired after Sunday's long run mainly due to the intensity of the distances done that weekend but more likely due to the my drinking and eating was found wanting.

I awoke this morning feeling much better than I normally do and found myself doubling up 6 flights of stairs at the office and then when I was at College tonight, without thinking ran up 12 flights of stairs to my laboratory ready to teach for 3 hours! So the fitness and recovery are really showing now and my niggles seem to be reducing.

The plan has been altered slightly this week as I have the night run Saturday and then a long run on Sunday morning, one hectic week
