Planning for the Long Run

I seem to be feeling nervous every Long run now as the mileage gets longer and tougher, had you told me 2 years ago I would be running an ultramarathon distance as a training run I would have laughed and thought you were quite mad.

I believe now that I am the mad one as I get my kit together to do a 28 mile river run along the Cray River Way and to the Thames Path.

Tomorrow's kit will have loads of food, drink and gels as I am feeling a little depleted at the moment but I am sure we will be fine.
