...and that is what it has been this evening, stretching!

I have to say I was a little worried after being checked out by Mike on Tuesday so wanted to get to the bottom of this tightness as quickly as possible. I have tried a number of stretches and they do seem to being doing something positive but I don't want to overdo it at the moment as there is still a long way to go.

Good run planned for Thursday evening but I want to keep it as flat as possible which is not easy around here, I am hoping this will take some of the pressure off my IT Bands if all goes well I may even think about going to the track on Friday
