One down, one to go

This is David and myself at the finish of the London Marathon (The Mall) at about 3.30 am on Sunday morning. This was part of his bid to run 4 marathons in 24 hours along the route of the VLM.

I was acting as his "Mule" for the run and at this point he had run 2 marathons and I had just completed my first. Both were feeling really good at this point as both had just passed our alloted half way stages. All I had to do now was deliver David the Red Start of the VLM by 9.00 am so that he could finish the run with the other 35,000 runners... would we do it dear reader?

  2. Clive, Jerry got me back to Greenwich bang on time. He did a great job of keeping us going, not running or walking too much.
    Jezza - Thnak you.
