Cross Training

With good intentions I went on my much awaited family holiday to scorching Spain to enjoy a week of relaxation (interspersed with a bit of running) however I was not expecting the temperatures which sometimes hit 36 C.

That along with a nasty cut on the bottom of my foot made me review my training that week and it was decided that cross training was needed which comprised:
  • Eating
  • Drinking
  • Swimming
  • Sleeping
Suitably relaxed I think it is time for a few more training runs at some stage over the coming days
