What is Kitchen Table Science?
Firstly, a big welcome to all my new found friends as Instructables
Ever wondered how or why something works? Ever wasted hours on end surfing the internet, the library and never found why or how.
Never mind about all that why not use your Kitchen Table and build it yourself?
The basic premis of Kitchen Table Science is that the equipment and apparatus must not be bought but must utilise items that have been recycled, stripped out of redundant or damaged equipment. The only time that items can be bought is when they are specialist pieces of equipment that cannot be easily made or adapted. Examples of equipment that can be used are:
- Lollipop sticks
- Coffee stirrers
- Tin cans
- Satellite receiver dishes
- Video Cameras
The list can go on........ All of the examples in the Magic Forest have utlised this methodology
